REFUNDS & SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via UPS , which usually arrives within 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS after they have left our warehouse.
Please allow 2-3 business days AFTER your order has been RECEIVED to be fulfilled THEN shipped. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as orders are processed. We ask that you do not contact customer service UNTIL 10 BUSINESS days have lapsed. Our business days are Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm CST, we do not include weekends during our work week.
Once your order has been shipped, we are NO LONGER responsible for the package. ORDERS WILL NOT BE REPLACED if UPS shows the order has been delivered to the address on file. Your point of contact to track and locate all orders once shipped is 877-289-6418 open 24 hrs.
To get updates on your order, always check your tracking information, first.
We DO NOT offer refunds for any products. ALL products are final sale. If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE it has shipped, a convenience fee of 10% of your order WILL BE CHARGED and DEDUCTED from your original refund amount. Orders CAN NOT BE canceled once they have already been shipped.
